IS IT COMPULSORY TO UPDATE THE REAL ESTATE PROJECT IN APRERA?

It is the duty of the promoter, upon receiving the APRERA Certificate, to update the project details on the website at least once every 90 days, as mentioned in Section 11 of the Act.

IS IT COMPULSORY FOR THE PROMOTER TO REGISTER THE PROJECT IMMEDIATELY AFTER HE GETS SANCTIONED APPROVALS?

The promoter has to register the Project with in 45 days from the date of sanctioned Approval.

HOW CAN A BUYER CHECK IF A REAL ESTATE PROJECT IS REGISTERED UNDER APRERA?

Search for APRERA project navigate to the “Registered Projects” section search for a project using either the Project Name or the Promoter Name.
